David Mark Closes Case At Tribunal

Former Senate president, David Mark, yesterday closed his case at the election petition tribunal sitting in Makurdi, Benue State.

Counsel to Mark, Kenneth Ikonne, presented three documents of a photocopy of certified press statement of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), photocopies of Sunday Mirror and This Day newspapers before the tribunal. Continue Reading

  1. pls my able senator(david mark) dont allow the case to distract ur attention from owukpa most especially itabono. Due to crititism the treasformer which u kept in eke’pa during 2007 rural electrifiction is yet to work sir. Forther more our areas has nothing like social amenities, itabono had been deprive of its right as a member of owukpa. The road construction that links owukpa to ibolo-eke (enugu state) suppose to pass through eke’pa but due to some long legs it was diverted to ehaje. Also in the issue of electricity, ehaje was electrified y itabono were given only unfunction poles since 2007 pls we are seeking for ur help from itabobo. We are in eager to see ur reactions to this request sir. We wish u plesant days in office
